a. Website Development: Refunds are not available for website development services once the development process has commenced, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
b. Advertising Campaigns: Refunds for advertising campaigns, such as pay-per-click or social media ads, are subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined in the advertising platform policies. Any refunds provided by the advertising platform will be passed on to the client.
c. Other Services: Refunds for other digital marketing services will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the service and the stage of completion.

Refund Requests:

a. To request a refund, you must submit a written request to Queen Capital outlining the reason for the refund.
b. Refund requests must be submitted within 7-days from the services start date, as specified in the applicable agreement.
c. We reserve the right to assess and evaluate refund requests based on the specific circumstances of the case.

Refund Processing:

a. Once a refund request is received, we will review the request and notify you of the decision within a reasonable timeframe.
b. If a refund is approved, we will process the refund within 3-days to the original payment method used for the transaction.
c. Please note that depending on the payment provider and bank processing times, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Non-Refundable Items and Costs:

a. Certain costs associated with the provision of our services may be non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to, third-party fees, domain registration costs, hosting fees, and advertising platform charges.
b. Any expenses incurred by Queen Capital prior to the refund request may be deducted from the refund amount.

Changes to Services:

Queen Capital reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services, including pricing, at any time without prior notice. Any changes made after the purchase of a service will not affect refunds for services already rendered.
